Deleting your account & data

You can start permanent deletion of your Together account and app records from the app, with no email to us required:

  1. Open Together and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. The app removes your Together account and database records and starts private-file cleanup.

The flow attempts to remove private photos and scan files before closing the account. If storage cleanup needs a retry, remaining files are removed within 30 days. Account deletion is irreversible. For the full picture of what we store and how, see the privacy policy.

RevenueCat separately processes your Together account ID, App Store transaction and receipt information, and subscription entitlement status. It may retain processor records under its retention policy or where legally required. Email admin@togetherpep.com to request deletion of RevenueCat-linked data. Deleting your Together account does not cancel an active App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple account subscription settings.

Is my data private?
Yes. Your protocol, doses, weight, symptoms, and any optional photos are yours alone. We store them in Supabase, encrypted at rest, protected by row-level security so only your account can read your records. We never sell your data. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. The in-app flow removes your Together account and database records and attempts to remove private photos and scans. If file cleanup needs a retry, remaining files are removed within 30 days. You do not need to email us for the in-app deletion.
How does logging work?
From the home screen, tap the action button to log a dose, a weigh-in, or a symptom read. Each entry is timestamped and saved to your private record, then plotted on your twelve-week trend so you can see how things move over time.
Does Together give medical advice?
No. Together is an observational record. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose, or prescribe. Decisions about your protocol are between you and a qualified healthcare professional. The app keeps the record; it does not interpret it.
