Terms of service

Together is operated by Together Tech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Together,” “we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Together Tech LLC.

Together is an observational tracker. It lets you keep a private record of your GLP-1 or peptide protocol: your doses, weight, and symptoms, and view your own trend over time. It is available on iOS only.

Together is an observational record. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose, or prescribe. Nothing in the app is a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult one before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol.

Together is intended for adults. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You are solely responsible for your protocol decisions and for the accuracy of the information you log. Together records what you enter; it does not verify, recommend, or supervise any course of treatment. Use it at your own discretion.

Use Together only for its intended purpose, keeping your own private record. Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You also agree not to:

• facilitate the illegal purchase, sale, or distribution of any substance;
• upload another person’s photo or data without their consent;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with subscription or entitlement checks.

Some features require Together Pro, an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. The price and billing period shown at checkout in the App Store control. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms, not by us.

We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription entitlement. Together Pro is offered only on iOS through Apple; there is no Google Play or Android version.

The Together app is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and Together Tech LLC, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

We collect and hold the information you enter in order to operate Together for you. How we store, protect, and delete it is described in our Privacy Policy.

We never sell or license information that identifies you, and your photos are never sold, licensed, or shared. We may, however, create fully de-identified, aggregated data from usage across the app — data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you or your device — and we may sell, license, or transfer that de-identified data. Before any such data leaves us we remove identifiers, generalize values, and release a group only when at least 30 different people share it; we publicly commit never to re-identify it and contractually require the same of anyone who receives it. De-identified data is no longer your personal information, and this Agreement does not give you a right to restrict or delete it once it has been anonymized.

The information you enter is yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process it as needed to operate Together for you, and to create fully de-identified, aggregated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your photos are excluded from that licence. We never sell, license, share, or sublicense your photos, and we never include them in any de-identified or aggregated dataset or use them to create derivative works. We use them only to provide the feature you asked for.

The Together app, its design, and its software are owned by Together Tech LLC. Nothing here transfers our rights in the app to you.

Together is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We work to keep Together reliable, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output it produces is accurate. In particular, the body-fat estimate is limited by its method and is an approximation only — it is not clinical-grade and must not be relied on as a medical measurement.

To the extent permitted by law, Together and its makers are not liable for any health outcome, decision, or loss arising from your use of the app. It is a record-keeping tool, not a medical service. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us — which may be nothing if you have not paid us anything.

Any claim relating to Together or these terms must be brought within one year of when it arose, or it is permanently barred.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover us for claims, losses, and reasonable costs that arise from your use of Together, your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right, your health decisions or their outcomes, or content you submit. We’ll tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in the defense.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Together. We may assign this agreement, for example if our business is transferred; you may not assign it without our consent. The disclaimers, limits on liability, and our rights in the app survive after your use ends.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email admin@togetherpep.com.
